Vegetable and tuna coca
For the dough:
70 g flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
For over coca:
100 grams of spinach
100 grams of basil
1 can of tuna center loin Marina Real RO-280
First prepare the mass of coca with vegetables and tuna. To do this, mix the flour with the salt, black pepper and a teaspoon of olive oil. Then we add water at the same time remove everything until dough is compact. Knead with your hands until a dough is elastic and moist.
As we get the dough, let rest for no more than necessary to work it. We put the dough into a lunchbox and introduce cold while preparing the remaining ingredients.
Chop the spinach and basil leaves. We slipped the trunks of tuna and mix three quarters with vegetables. Add a handful of grated cheese, oregano and rub with salt. Mix all good.
We take the dough and stretch it using a roller. We make small "bowls" with the dough and split the ingredients between them. We add the grated cheese over and split the rest of the tuna.
Introduce vegetables and tuna coca in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. We serve the tuna and vegetable bakes and enjoy hot!
