Ingredients for 4 people

  • 160 grs. Cannelloni (16 plates)canelones-de-atun-158964
  • 2 Cans of Tuna Marina real
  • 600 grs. raw tomato
  • 60 grs.onion
  • 40 grs.green peppers
  • 240 cc.skimmed milk
  • 40 grs.grated cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Elaboration

First we bolied water cannelloni plates until soft.

Mix the oil, milk and cheese until simmering make a cream.

grind the tomatoes without seeds, mix with tuna and chopped onion,chopped parsley and pepper.Fill the cannelloni plates with mashed mixture.
