-Ingredients:

-1 layer of puff pastry

-1 tin of Tuna in Olive Oil Marina Real RO-280 size

-4 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce

-100 grs. of cheese gratin

-Salt

-Oregano

-Elaboration:

First we extend the pastry on a countertop.Next, cut into rectangles and save this layer (cover with a wet cloth so it doesn´t dry out).

Put in a bowl the tin of tuna well drained, because if the oil wets too much the couches with puff pastry, the dough is wet and they are not going to remain creaking.

We add to the bowl the sauce of fried tomato, a little salt and little oregano.We put on each rectangle of puff a bit of the mixture.

We add to the couches with puff pastry some very fine grated cheese and sprinkle oregano.

We bake to 130º the couches during 20 minutes in order that they take volume without they scorching.

If our intention is that they work out golden, we raise 180º  the last 2 minutes of baked.
