 -1 kg. of green beans

 -1 chive

 -3 tomatoes

 -1 sprig of fresh basil

 -2 cans of frigate mackerel in olive oli (Net weight 120 grams/unit)

 -200 ml of Olive Oil

 -1 garlic clove

 -2 slices of ham


We clean well the green beans of fiber, we cut to the half and in canes. We put a pot with water to the fire and whe it starts boling, we add the beans and cook for 10-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, we add salt, drain them and reserve.

We peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them in the shape of small dice.

We chop the chive and the basil. Mix them with the tomato and reserve.

We place the slices of ham in a plate, introduce in the microwave to average power and in intervals of time, stop until it remains creaking. Mix it with garlic and olive oil and grind to get a rich sauce.

To serve, place a mound of green beans, chopped vegetables, frigate mackerel fillets watered with sauce.
